Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Clone2GHL Chrome Extension ("Extension," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

These Terms apply to all users, including Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Clone2GHL is a Chrome browser extension that provides the following functionality:

• Cloning the visual layout and content of publicly accessible webpages
• Analyzing funnel structure and marketing performance
• Optimizing marketing copy using AI (via OpenAI or the Clone2GHL backend)
• Generating logos and visual assets via AI
• Generating video content via configured backend providers
• Exporting cloned funnels directly to GoHighLevel accounts
• Optional cloud account features including sync, usage tracking, and backend workflows

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Clone2GHL. By using the Extension, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• If you purchase a paid plan, you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• You will use the Extension only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms

4. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Clone2GHL solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Sublicense or resell access to the Extension
• Use the Extension to build a competing product or service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Clone2GHL only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Extension to:

• Clone pages without authorization from the page owner
• Infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights
• Scrape, harvest, or collect personal data of third parties
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code
• Circumvent any technical measures or security controls
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

6. Third-Party Services

Clone2GHL integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies:

• GoHighLevel (funnel export, account validation): terms
• OpenAI (AI copy, logos, scripts): terms
• Stripe (payment processing): terms
• Resend (transactional email): terms
• HeyGen (video generation): terms

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. You assume all risk arising from your use of these services.

When you provide API keys for third-party services, you represent that you are authorized to use those keys and that you will comply with the associated service's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

A. Our IP

All rights, title, and interest in Clone2GHL — including the extension's code, design, branding, and documentation — are owned by Clone2GHL. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.

B. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you clone and the funnels you create. By using the AI features, you grant us a limited right to transmit your content to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, or the Clone2GHL backend) solely to fulfill your requested operation. We do not claim ownership of your content.

C. Cloned Third-Party Content

Content cloned from third-party websites belongs to those respective owners. Clone2GHL does not claim ownership of, and is not responsible for, any third-party content you clone.

8. Accounts, Plans, Payment & Billing

Some features require a free Clone2GHL account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Clone2GHL offers Free, Starter ($27/mo), Pro ($147/mo), and Agency ($297/mo) plans. A time-limited free trial may be offered and may require validating a GoHighLevel connection (one trial per GoHighLevel location).

• Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe or through GoHighLevel, and renew automatically until cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Refunds, if any, are governed by the refund policy communicated at checkout
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for violations of these Terms

When you use your own API keys, usage costs charged by third-party providers (OpenAI, etc.) are separate and billed to you directly by those providers. Clone2GHL is not responsible for those costs.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

• That cloned pages will render identically in GoHighLevel
• The accuracy or quality of AI-generated copy, logos, or videos
• Continuous availability of any third-party API or service
• That export operations will succeed given GoHighLevel API changes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clone2GHL and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages arising from third-party service failures (GoHighLevel, OpenAI, HeyGen, etc.)

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clone2GHL and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Extension
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you clone, export, or otherwise process using the Extension

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Clone2GHL at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it; this deletes all locally stored data. If you have a Clone2GHL account, you may request deletion of your account and associated server-side data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive any termination of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of Clone2GHL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Extension, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Clone2GHL's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Clone2GHL.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where material, provide additional notice (e.g., via the extension or email).

Your continued use of Clone2GHL after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
